Veterinarian Referral Information

  • We don’t require a formal referral to see your client. If you like, you can just instruct your clients to fill out an appointment request via our chatbot, and we will contact you for records.

    That being said, we always love to hear from you and are happy to chat! If you have questions, would like to share case details or have specific concerns, the best way to connect is by selecting the "Talk to Staff" option in chatbot. Our team will make sure you’re connected with the right person for your patient's needs.

    You are also always welcome to email directly, or give us a call. We’re here to help!

  • Yes! We do take emergencies. If you case is non-ambulatory, or otherwise emergent, please give us a call and we will do our very best to get them in same day. For urgent but not emergency cases, we also have emergency drop-off appointments. These appointments are typically booked the next business day.

  • We have an updated price list that gives general estimates. We also provide the price list to clients when they book their appointment. We know specialty care can be expensive, and we don’t want anyone to be taken off guard. If you would like a more personalized estimate, please call in and speak to one of our clinicians, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • No problem! We understand that not every client is willing to come to a specialist. We’re still here to help. Feel free to call the hospital, and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

  • No problem, please feel free to request them through our chatbot. Generally we try to send records as soon as they are complete, and depending on the provider’s preference, that might not be until test results are in. If you need information on the case sooner, please just let us know. We’re always happy to get on the phone and give you an update.
