Accepted Payment Methods


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash. To keep our focus on patient care, we do not offer payment plans or accept checks.

Accepted pet Insurance


We are a Trupanion Partner Hospital, which allows us to submit claims directly to Trupanion at the time of your visit. If your pet is enrolled and the claim is approved, you’ll be responsible only for your portion of the invoice, without the need to wait for reimbursement.

For all other insurance providers, we’re happy to offer itemized invoices and medical records so you may submit claims directly.

Payment & insurance FAQ

Got questions? Below are answers to some of the most common ones we receive.

  • Yes. A deposit equal to the lower end of your estimated treatment cost is required prior to the procedure. The remaining balance is due at the time your pet is discharged.

  • We’ll provide the necessary documentation to support your insurance claim. Reimbursement will be handled directly between you and your insurance provider.

  • Absolutely! Our price list provides a general overview of costs. After evaluating your pet, we will provide a detailed, individualized treatment estimate.

  • We do not accept personal checks.

    We work with CareCredit, a healthcare credit provider, to offer payment plan options. Applications can be completed directly through CareCredit.

    At this time, no other payment plans are accepted.
