Accepted Payment Methods
We’re happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash. To keep things simple and focused on care, we don’t offer payment plans or accept checks.
Accepted pet Insurance
We are a Trupanion partner hospital, which allows us to work directly with Trupanion to submit claims at the time of your visit. If your pet is enrolled and your claim is approved, you’ll only be responsible for your portion of the bill — no need to wait for reimbursement.
Other Insurance
For other insurance providers, we’re happy to provide itemized invoices and medical records so you can submit your claim directly.

Got questions? Here are some of the most common ones we hear.

Yes. You will be asked to leave a deposit of the low end of your estimate before the procedure, and the balance will be due when you pick up your pet.

We’ll provide all the documentation you need to file your claim. Reimbursement will be handled between you and your insurance provider.

Absolutely. Please see our price list for a general idea of cost. Once we meet your pet, you will be provided with an individualized estimate.

We do not accept regular checks.
We work with a healthcare credit care called Care Credit to provide payment plans for clients. You can apply at their website. We do not accept other payment plans at this time.
