Accepted Payment Methods

We’re happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash. To keep things simple and focused on care, we don’t offer payment plans or accept checks.


Accepted pet Insurance

We are a Trupanion partner hospital, which allows us to work directly with Trupanion to submit claims at the time of your visit. If your pet is enrolled and your claim is approved, you’ll only be responsible for your portion of the bill — no need to wait for reimbursement.

For other insurance providers, we’re happy to provide itemized invoices and medical records so you can submit your claim directly.

  • Yes. Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment, including consultations, procedures, and medications.

  • We’ll provide all the documentation you need to file your claim. Reimbursement will be handled between you and your insurance provider.

  • Absolutely. We can give you a general price range during your consultation or after reviewing your pet’s medical history. Please note that some treatments may require diagnostics or follow-up that affect the final cost.

  • To keep our operations running smoothly and ensure quality care, we’ve limited payment to secure, immediate methods only. This helps us focus fully on your pet — not paperwork.
